New(-ish) Mt. Carmel Listings – week of 8/17

Back from a week vacation — hence the feigned disappearance off the face of the blogosphere.

So a boatload of listings have come (and some gone) in the last couple weeks here in lovely Mt. Carmel. Here’s a sampling of them:

445 Iris – $699,950 – 2br, 1ba. 1350 sq. ft. on a nicely sized 7150 sq. ft. lot.  A nice Spanish charmer built in 1930.

265 Myrtle – $1,350,000 – 4br, 2.5ba. 2600 sf on a 6500 sf lot. A nicely remodeled home, on one of the nicest blocks in Mt. Carmel.

2599 Brewster – $1,279,000 – 4br, 3ba. 1800 sf on a laaaaaarge 11,760 sf lot. Plus, a pool!

2621 Hopkins – $725,000 – 3br, 1.5ba. 1280 sf on a 7500 sf lot.  A great price for this area. Granted, it is on the corner of Hopkins & Alameda, so you would have maybe a little more than your share of traffic, but for this price, you can’t beat it!

370 Hillview – $635,900 – 3br, 2ba. 1190 sf on a 9000 sf lot. Ok, not to be outdone by the previous one — this is also a bank-owned property, so it’s priced to sell (that’s always the goal, anyway).

443 Birch – $989,000 – 3br, 2ba. 1610 sf on a 5000 sf lot. This one’s been on before, since back in February, went pending, was withdrawn, expired…but BACK on. And it truly is a charming old Craftsman. One of my fav on the list this week.
